The Marker Jester 18 Pro ID Ski Bindings have been updated this year with magnesium parts for increased stiffness and decreased weight. Other than that, these freeride beasts remain the same. You know the drill. The Jester is Marker's burliest freeride binding, and the DIN 18 version is the burliest Jester you can get. If you need the highest performance for the hardest charging big mountain lines and the biggest stomps in the park, this is the one you want. It releases only when you need it to, it stays on your feet when you don't, and it provides unparalleled power transfer and edge control to keep you in the drivers seat in the diciest of situations.

Toe Piece
Triple Pivot Elite Toe – The toe construction with DIN/ISO up to Z 18 allows for impressive retention when freeriding. The spring in the toe is inserted horizontally and with a sole plate inclined by 5° it provides the higher energy absorption so as to reduce the risk of early release. The large supporting surface optimizes the power transmission and allows for great stresses and strains. In relation to their weight, toes with this technology therefore achieve a never-seen-before performance.
Stainless Steel AFD Gliding Plate – MARKER bindings are equipped with a movable AFD (anti friction device) supporting a precise release almost entirely unhindered by dirt, snow and ice! Individual adjustment of the AFD to the area of application enhance optimized functionality - from racing, for children’s bindings or on ski tours.
Sole.ID – Height-adjustable gliding plate to be compatible with alpine (ISO 5355), touring (ISO 9523) and GripWalk soles. Easy to adjust: pozi screw at the front to adjust height of gliding plate.
Anti Ice Rail – Use the metal rail to scratch off ice and snow below your boot sole.
Heel Piece
Inter Pivot 3 Heel – The newest generation Inter Pivot heel offers improved step-in performance, with a magnesium heel bracket for power transmission and energy absorption.
Additional Features
Magnesium Parts – Magnesium sole holders in the toe combined with a Magnesium heel housing provide the solid construction for the hardest charging freeride athletes
