With six U.S. locations and rental shops in Canada and Japan, our expert staff will set you up with the right gear, properly fit and ready to ride.

Where are you located?

We have locations in Washington, Utah, Colorado, California, Oregon, Canada and Japan.

Do you offer insurance?

Yes. For Skis and Snowboards $15 insurance is offered. Insurance covers 50% of the cost to repair or replace the gear. For Bikes $15 insurance is offered for hardtail, road, & hybrid bikes. $25 insurance is offered for ebikes, & full suspension bikes. Insurance covers the cost of the labor & provides reduced pricing on parts. Loss of bike will result in full retail price.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Please cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to your pick-up day for a full refund. We will prorate your rental upon return of product to the store for the unused portion of your reservation.

Can I apply credits from my rental to the purchase of a new bike, ski or snowboard?

Yes. For Ski & Snowboards up to $150 rental credit may be applied towards current season skis/snowboards and must be redeemed within 30 days of the last rental. Credit does not apply to prior model years or used/demo skis and snowboards. Credit is usable in-store only and excludes online sales. For bikes up to $450 rentals credits may be applied towards current season bikes and must be redeemed within 30 days of the last rental. Credit is not applicable to prior model years or used/demo bikes. Credit is applicable in-store only, excludes online sales.

Do you offer multi-day rentals?

Yes, we offer unlimited multi-day rentals.

When can I pick up and drop off my rental?

You are able to pick up your rental gear the day before your intended use and drop it off the day after. Please pick up after 2:00 PM the day prior and return gear before 12:00 PM the day after.

Do you rent bike helmets?

Yes, all bike rentals include a helmet.

Do you have transportation requirements on bike rentals?

We require electric bikes and carbon frame bikes to be transported using
a bike rack or tailgate pad. These bike types will not be checked out to
customers who do not have proper transport. To make it easy, we offer bike
rack and tailgate pad rentals at our U.S. locations, so you can get everything
you need in one place and head out fully dialed.

Do I need to bring any gear when picking up rental skis?

Yes. We need your ski boot to properly test your rental skis binding release. To ensure your safety with our rental equipment, we legally are required to test your ski set up before you use it on snow.

Do you rent ski & snowboard boots?

Yes, we offer both adult and youth individual boot rentals and package deals that come with both skis and snowboards.
