I would never substitute a hot wax for a rub on wax but when you are in a rush this is just what you need... or even for in between waxes if you are a busy person like myself.

You really can't go wrong with this price. Just throw it in your pack and keep it with you and you can't go wrong.

I accidently bought this item when I meant to buy just regular wax. However, I used this both as a cold and hot wax in regular freezing (32F) conditions. I didn't notice much of a difference, but it's probably because the wax is optimized for very cold conditions.
