Wood meets boat meets carbon - meet the all new Ronix El Von Videl Schnook Wakeboard. The wood of this board offers more of a delayed boot off the wake for more of that snowboard style kick. A super smooth relaxed core design compliments all of the deliberate foam and explosive crossbreed counterpart cores. When it comes to the interwoven fiberglass, for every 5 strands of fiberglass, there is 1 strand of carbon blended together in the laminate, making this board super strong and made to last, sesh after sesh. The Ronix El Von Videl Schnook Wakeboard was built for a session at a cable park or behind your favorite V-drive, and will take you from the snow into the summertime with the way it rides.
Blended Rocker – A combination of the speed and consistency off the wake of early rocker, with the explosive vertical snap of late rocker
Cable Specific Shape – Cable riders usually ride 4 to 6 mph slower than behind a boat, so you need to make up for that in added buoyancy. This board runs longer, giving you more contact with rails for added control.
Concave Bottom Tips – Effortless ollies and more controlled presses
Diamond Glass – This secret concoction absorbs more energy before rebounding it. A lightweight woven construction brings less swing weight and increased feel on the water to the board.
Nu Core
Krypto Cable – Different fibers woven together surround the profile of the board and are fused together with the Mod Pour Core. Combined with monocoque laminated glass, the sidewalls are the strongest part of the board.
Magic Carpet – Ronix's secret formula of fiberglass materials woven together to allow just enough resin to bleed through and adhere to the core
Sintered Base – The most durable non-stick base material Ronix has ever tested on rails without loosing any glide speed on the water
Finless – Avoid getting hung up on rails.
G & R Technology – Grip and release channels have all the traction you need for boat or cable riding without creating unneeded resistance with the water.
G & R Part 2 – Side to side stability and allow a rider to control a flick easier at a cable park
Monocoque Construction – Integrating the top glass and the bottom glass into one to generate a more durable board on side impacts thus preventing the ol’ side delamination
Stored Energy – The delay in the energy means the rider is given more time to generate the full lift from the power building from the tip all the way to the tail of the board. If riders don't have that snow/skate timing off the wake, no problem. They will just have a mellower lift off the wake. This is a construction that won't kick your arse
M6 Metric Inserts – A higher thread count means more hold at a shallower depth on the board. Boards can be thinner profiles with a shorter insert, without sacrificing boot lock down.
