Rocker Type
Late Rocker - An exaggerated rocker line with a later arc
and a higher degree provide a more straight
up explosive pop. This style of rocker creates more of an instant explosive buck off the wake for riders that go behind a big boat wake. Wakeboarders riding behind smaller wakes will still feel like they are getting a solid kick as well.
Glide Speed - More water surface contact and less coefficient drag have forever changed the way we look at arcs in a board. Now a rider has the least amount of resistance, travels up the wake with more forward momentum, and lands with less impact. The lift comes from an easier release and the added speed.
Shape
New Reduced Rockerline Height - Common misconception is you need added rocker for increased lift - this rail design and rocker naturally carries for more forward momentum.
Thinner Profile - Creates more overall energy and added rebound off the wake and softer landings
Rails/Edges
A more vertical sidewall pushes the tail out of the water for improved glide speed.
Core
Created for the rider that wants to upgrade their vertical travels with the most advanced new core
Fused Foam - By bonding Mod Pour foam on the rails with Italian crafted machined foam down the center of the board, Ronix creates the most responsive board yet, ready to snap back as soon as it touches the wake.
Maple Stringer - This acts as the spinal cord of the board running down the middle of the core. It allows the use of lighter materials with more feedback without the boards collapsing like a traditional flex board.
Interwoven Glass/Carbon - A revolutionary new blend and the first time that carbon is actually woven together with the glass - the result is the fibers working in unison and not independently. More feedback with the water from a stiffer lay up.
Arced Wood - Arced parabolic Paulownia wood helps transfer energy to the rail of the board for the rider that wants the most feedback both on the water and when leaving it.
Laminates
Magic Carpet - Ronix's secret formula of fiberglass materials woven together to allow just enough resin to bleed through and adhere to the core.
Base
Sintered Base - The most durable non-stick base material Ronix has ever tested on rails without loosing any glide speed on the water
Fins
4 fiberglass 1.0" fins & 4 fiberglass 0.8" utility fins
Utility Fins - These go-anywhere, do-anything fins are just as happy carving on glassy mornings as they are getting bashed on rails during afternoon cable park sessions.
Additional Features
Suction Cups - Placed on the top deck, these increase the connection with the boots for added board response.
