I wanted an open-toed boot for several reasons. I had used some close toed boots of several friends with similar size foot but didn't like my toes hitting the front which they sometimes did. Also, I wanted a binding that could be used by several people on the boat, not just me. The Frank was both high end and possible to use for guests on the boat.

I guess this is a perfect boot for the beginner/advanced rider. I tried it on a friend's board and it fit perfectly so I bought it as well.

For online orders an open toe boot is perfect, as you have to get the fit only approximately right, quite different from snowboard boots or closed toe wakeboard boots, which you should really try on before buying them.

I'm not that much of an expert on wakeboard boots, but the support of these boots is in between my old wakeboard boots and my snowboard boots. Feels just right.

These boots are probably the most comfortable things I've ridden on. Great for giving you that extra bit of confidence to go big. Easy in, Easy out and the open toe allows the friends with big feet to ride nice and comfy too. Only downside is the little toggle thingy that cinches the laces tight pops out every now and again. Fairly annoying since if you lose it you're screwed!
