Timesinfinity Gallery Guidelines
We firmly believe that the object of "art" and its interpretation is left up to the beholder, but there are a few standards that we stand firmly behind. To better undertand our position around some of these guidelines please read more about evo, its values and our mission statement.

No profanity or offensive materials

No guns or weapons of mass destruction

No blatent acts of sex

No explicit violence
Installation:

Artist must submit images of all work to be placed in the gallery 2 wks prior to installation for approval. Unapproved work will not be permitted to hang.

Artist must provide a bio and artist statement prior to installation.

Must be able to install between the Wednesday and Friday of the First Friday Art Walk for the artists selected month and be completely installed by 5pm on that First Friday

Artist is responsible for the removal of their installation and must be completely out by the Monday before the next First Friday of the Month.

Artist may not paint on walls unless approved by evo Timesinfinity Panel. In the event that it is approved, artist is responsible for painting a primer coat over their work upon removing their installation.
Artist Contract:
Please thoroughly review the evo Timesinfinity Gallery artist contract. Note the terms of commission and payment processing section. A portion of all proceeds go to a non-profit partner and the remaining going back to the maintainance of the gallery.
First Friday Opening Event:
evo to provide promotion, basic staffing, and an open house style gala event that goes from 6-9pm in conjunction with the Fremont First Friday Art Walk. For special requests such as catering to any sort of performance, special hour requests, additional catering etc, please dicsuss with your contact prior to making arrangments.
