Dylan Hood has been a consistent feature in TGR's films the past 4 or 5 years. Each year his segments get better and longer. This past season he and fellow evo shredder Dash Longe went to Croatia where they scored big time in the trees for the 2010 feature Light the Wick. Over the past few seasons Dylan has been making a name for himself as a solid backcountry freestyle skier locking down sponsors from Volkl, Tecnica, Marker, The North Face and Smith. He has a keen eye for making features out of nothing and skis away cleaner switch than most people do forward. Dylan lives in Hood River, probably the only place in the Pacific Northwest that sees sun regularly during the winter. When home he spends time filming with the Nimbus Independent crew and has been featured in several of their Point and Shoot edits. Being in close proximity to the coast Dylan spends his summers surfing the breaks of Northern Oregon. He is humble, soft spoken and a great person to travel with.
