Rossignol Justice Amptek Snowboard - Women's 2013

The Rossignol Justice AmpTek Snowboard is sure to have your back all winter. A Twin All-Mountain flex pattern gives the board a symmetrical flex that adds pop and grip, so you can excel all over the mountain. Also, the AmpTek All-Mountain rocker profile is perfect for the entire mountain while providing the perfect mixture of rocker-camber-rocker (60% Rocker/40% Camber) for park riding. Rossignol's combination of this flex and rocker profile work together to create an extremely versatile board that will have you as happy as a prosecutor after a guilty verdict. Bring some cold hard justice to the slopes this year with Justice AmpTek.
Rocker Type
AMPTEK All-Mountain - A combination of 60% Rocker and 40% Camber gives you more control, stability, edge pressure and smoother landings due to the rocker profile in the nose and tail and camber profile under the bindings.
Flex
Twin All-Mountain - Symmetrical flex with stiffer areas under the feet adds punch and grip, while a stiffer waist adds stability at high speeds.
Flex Rating (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) - 6, perfect for all mountain riding
Sidecut
True Twin - A stiff nose and tail provide pop and high impact landings, while the soft waist gives balance on rails and smooth transitions.
Core
Wood C/K - Combining the standard 100% wood core with Carbon and Kevlar® fibers gives punch and durability for outstanding performance during park sessions and all terrain riding.
Laminates
Glass Fiber - Glass has greater elongation before break than carbon and comes in multiple weights and weavings, making it the #1 choice for customized flex and torsional resistance. Glass fiber also stabilizes the mechanical properties of the wood core over time.
Base
Sintered 4400 - A high density stone finished sintered base: fast, durable and a lot easier to service than the 7500 base
Binding Compatibility
Rossignol Snowboards can accommodate both 2x4 and 4x4 insert patterns.

Comments about Rossignol Justice Amptek Snowboard - Women's 2013:

I demoed a 153 in this board, which may be why I think this board had too much edge. I think it may have just been too big. With that said, I caught an edge on this board for the first time in years, I am an advanced rider. I like the control this board gives with its edge, especially at high speeds, but it was too much edge for my playful jumping and jibing style of riding. If you are a girl who likes to charge the mountain fast, this will be a good stable board for you. I am wondering if I thought this was not playful enough because it was a little too big for me...I would stick with the more versatile Frenemy or Diva for sure.
