Rome Reverb Rocker Wide Snowboard 2013

Turn up the amplifier and stomp that distortion pedal off a landing with the Rome Reverb Rocker Wide Snowboard. Basalt Impact Plates and a PopCore Matrix gives great forgiveness on soft landings and superior pop so you can finally land that back 7. Soft enough for butters and poppy for progressive spins off kickers, the Reverb Rocker Wide is one noisy and dependable shred stick. Throw in some rocker between your feet for the best of both worlds.
Rocker Type
MtnPop Rocker - Rocker between the feet with positive camber in the nose and tail. For some riders, this is the best of both worlds—plenty of float in powder and playfulness between the feet, and plenty of power and responsiveness to pop off lips and rip turns from the positive camber in the nose and tail.

Flex
Flex Rating: 8 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) - A stiff flex for powerful turns and lightning quick response
Sidecut
QuickRip Sidecut - Advanced sidecut geometry gives a short, playful feel at slower speeds and a longer, faster and more stable feel at higher speeds. The mid-board contact points end the running length at slow speeds and add grip at high speeds.

True Twin for easy switch riding.
Core
PopCore Matrix - Low density wood in two zones through the board for a lightweight profile with a flexible poplar matrix
HotRods: Glass Single Barrel - A glass rod is milled into the core under the bindings and out towards the nose and tail providing quick snappy pop for a quick response.
Laminates
StraightBiax Carbon - Carbon is the key ingredient in this laminate that allows a rocked-out profile to deliver a boost of pop with a playful composure. On the smooth, mellow 90 degree platform of the StraightBox laminate, carbon adds longitudinal ollie response.
Basalt Impact Plates - Impact plates deliver anti-compression under your bindings. Durable as a rock, these basalt plates can take whatever you got from heavy drops to big jumps.
Base
SinterTrue Base - A durable structure with wax absorbing traits creates a fast moving base that can hold up to the abuse of park lines and keep up with your crew in the tree lines.
Binding Compatibility
Rome Snowboards will accommodate 2x4 and 4x4 insert patterns.

Comments about Rome Reverb Rocker Wide Snowboard 2013:

My friend had this board. I rode it once and bought one of my own. I love the way I feel when I ride it. I feel so free, that I can hit anything on the mountain. Good stability at high speeds, great landings onto flats, effortless floating in the powder. Boxes and rails= awesome tricks. Enough pop to not miss traditional camber. There is more looping out on the tip and tail that needs to be tamed. Once you tame this you will love this board.

This was a fun board for the money... It has rocker between the feet with camber tip and tail. Its a freestyle all mountain board... It has a medium flex that handles speed well. nothing really jumped out at me on this board... just a good all around deck
