I'm an intermediate rider (prefer mostly blue-black runs with a lot of tree work) and would consider myself a pretty conservative rider. This is my second board and I am absolutely in love with it. I bought a Ride Rapture at the start of the season and quickly progressed to a point where I was very frustrated with the board because it just did not fit well with my riding style. I found it difficult to turn and was terrified of riding fast one it. I was so frustrated I nearly quit riding because everyone I rode with was so much faster than me it wasn't fun anymore. After much consideration I picked up the Pandora in the 146cm size (I am 5'6" and 115lbs and my Rapture was 151cm). It has completely turned everything around for me.

This board is flexible enough for tight turns, extremely smooth through choppy snow, and stable at speed (though I am still not a speed demon at this point). It rides well in powder and I have not noticed that it sinks any more than my Rapture did, despite being 5cm shorter. It holds an edge well on hardpack and icy sections and the base and topsheet look great, even after going over quite a few tree branches and rocks. I've owned it for a bit over a month and no longer lag behind my friends. In fact, I've progressed so much since I got it that some of them are complaining that they don't get enough breaks during runs now! The only real con I've found is that it still skates like a rocker board, but that is the only time I find it to be at all unstable.

I would highly recommend this board for any women at the beginner-intermediate level looking for a board they can start out on, but also really progress with. Even though it is technically a park board this is a very solid board for learning, especially for lighter women who need a smaller and more flexible board.

I use my board for easy turning and I'm learning to be a more aggressive boarder because of the ease of the turns. It really helped my develop my toe edge and now I can concentrate on speed. I love this board like it was my kid!

I got this board at the beginning of the season this year, after riding a Salomon Gypsy all last season. I loved the gypsy, and my only complaint was that it washed out easily landing bigger jumps, and I wanted something that had some more pop. I found the Pandora, which has a very similar flex, super soft longitudinally and torsionally, which makes it great for buttering, pressing, and even just learning to turn (I'm an instructor and have let a few of my kids with equipment that was holding them back borrow it for the lesson). It's a super fun board for park, and I only got to ride it in powder, as this season has been lacking.. but it killed it in pow too! The cambered part of the board on each end adds some pop so you can still ollie onto rails easily, and the rockered part between the feet make pressing nice and easy for tiny people like me.
Overall, this board pretty much kills it in all aspects of riding. The only thing I found that I might get another board for is starting to spin off larger jumps.. the camber helps keep the board from washing out on landings, but I still like something a little stiffer and stable for takeoffs and landings

This board is amazing! I've been riding a Burton feather (which was a complete beginner board)for 6 years and I decided it was time for an upgrade. This board is about 2 lbs lighter than my previous board, which was a huge concern of mine. Last year I was struggling in powder and this year on my first time out on the pandora I rode effortlessly through powder. I didn't feel like I had to lean back at all like I did before. My back leg wasn't nearly as sore as before either. Whenever I hit large bumps in powder before, my old board would throw me, this board gets lots of pop and I'm able to control myself a lot more now. Haven't really rode it on a lot of groomed runs yet but I'm sure I will still love it more than my other board. Also, I'm not sure if it's cause I got a slightly longer board or cause of the new wax job or if it's actually the board but it is fast as hell! I caught myself trying to slow down when before I was trying to go as fast as I could. I love this board and everything about it. I HIGHLY recommend it!!
