Lib Tech TRS C2BTX (Stealth) Snowboard 2013

Hard-charging freestylers like Sammy Luebke, Eric Jackson, Blair Habenicht, Jakob Wilhelmson and Martin Cernik have tested the TRS (Total Ripper Series) boards and given them the thumbs-up. You’ll see why as soon as you strap in to the Lib Tech TRS C2BTX (Stealth) Snowboard with its subtle grey-on-black swirl graphic, C2 Power Banana profile, and Magne-Traction edges. Comes with Columbian Gold wood core, Basalt / Fiberglass combo composite layup, Power Transfer internal sidewalls, and TNT base.
Rocker Type
C2 Power Banana Camber (C2 BTX) - Rocker between your feet blended with a radial camber to contact points focuses pressure between your feet for easy turns, great edge hold on ice, and a solid amount of pressure to the tip and tails for power end-to-end stability, pop, and maximum control in critical situations while maintaining float.

Flex
Flex Rating (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) - 5-7 depending on size
Shape
True Twin - A symmetrical shape for equally precise performance riding regular or switch.
Core
Columbian Gold Core - Experimental new dead tree with the highest compression response ever used in a snowboard
Laminates
Basalt / Fiberglass Combo - Basalt is produced in a clean, pure process consisting of high heat and absent of toxic additives. Not only is it safer for humans, it’s easier to recycle. Basalt fiber has strength properties much higher than fiberglass and better damping properties for a smooth ride.
Sidewalls
Power Transfer Internal Sidewalls - Tip-to-tail internal "sidewalls" with end-grain orientation transfer energy directly to your edges.
Double Sintered UHMW - Twice as sintered as any other sidewall: tough, handsome, and light
Base
TNT - Fast and low maintenance dual layered fluoro base material: Wax it or maybe skip a day.
Edges
Magne-Traction™ - Serrated edges slice through the snow with 7 strategically located and sized bumps along each side of your sidecut giving you insane edge hold and precision control. The biggest bumps are at and between your feet where your balance is centered adding maximum control and power where you need it most. The bumps outside your feet are smaller and less aggressive providing tip and tail control but maintaining freestyle freedom.

TRS Narrow

Comments about Lib Tech TRS C2BTX (Stealth) Snowboard 2013:

Loved the magnetraction. It really added a lot of control to the board & made groomed conditions much more manageable. Double camber really helps to satiblize the rocker & I also liked the flex. Would love to get it in some pow.

Comments about Lib Tech TRS C2BTX (Stealth) Snowboard 2013:

The TRS 157 is a "quiver killer" that holds an edge well, has lots o' pop and hooks into turns without feeling twitchy. A great all mt. board that will excel in all terrain from park to powder slashes. I am 5'10 and could run the 157 or the 159 if I'm more inclined to ride the deep stuff.
