Lib Tech C2 POWER BANANA – C2BTX:
Colors displayed in alternate views may not be available
Lib Tech Phoenix Jamie C2BTX Snowboard 2012: Raw and real, Jamie Lynn’s style to the core. The Lib Tech Phoenix Jamie C2BTX Snowboard rides everything from backcountry pow to cruising on the hardpack mega style. Designed with directional twin geometries and a C2BTX Banana Rocker, the Lib Tech Phoenix Jamie is one stellar freestyle ride.
Flex
Flex rating: 5.5 (151); 5 (154); 6.5 (157 & 160); (1 Soft – 10 Stiff). The flex pattern is slightly stiffened at the tip and tail to increase pop and stability on big landings.
Construction and Core
Made with Basalt fiberglass featuring an H-Pop Wood Alloy Core that gives the highest compression response ever, with half the glue weight and absorbs less resin weight absorption.
The C2 Banana Rocker (C2BTX) combination offers the best features of Banana Tech…float in powder in both directions, carving on hardpack and ice and a catchfree freestyle performance with the best features of camber…end to end stability, and extra pop for strong aggressive riders.
Shape
Directional Twin Geometries: Effortless freestyle and freeride geometry. Twin chassis (from contact to contact) but with an ever so slightly longer nose than tail. Floats on powder and blasts thru crud, a Twin with an advantage.
Sidewalls, Edges and Base
Magne-Traction serrated edges features 7 bumps strategically placed along the sidecut, with the largest bumps at and between your feet to add maximum control and power where you need it most. Magne-Traction shifts the control, edgehold, and power from your tip and tail to under your feet where your balance in centered, resulting in a more catch free tip and tail. Better control for freestyle tricks, better tracking and an easier snowboard to ride.
Double Sintered UHMW Sidewalls with Power Transfer spines facilitates the transfer of energy from your feet to your edges and tip and tail.
TNT Fluoropolymer Speed base is low maintenance and super fast!
Bio Beans is a new earth-friendly Bio-plastic topsheet made from castor beans; with a high strength-to-weight ratio Bio Beans is eco-friendly and strong.

Comments about Lib Tech Pheonix Jamie Lynn C2BTX Snowboard 2012:

At first I was a little worried that the 151 would be a bit short for my size, specially since I am 150lbs and have a size 9 boot and the waist width is 24.7cm and I usually ride boards around 156 to 158.

This deck is a workhorse. The mellow mag is a lot less catchy than the other two Libs I own (a T.Rice 153 and a Banana Magic 157) and you can lock and carve better than any carving board out there. The base, even though extruded, is quite fast. Much longer radial sidecut to lock in to those turns and gun it over everything.

The C2BTX definitely helps keep it a lot more stable on high speed. Isn't squirelly at all like other reverse camber/rocker boards I've tried. Very stable on every jump I hit with it.

I took it through the trees, through ice and crud, on through the deep and the steep. Slayed 'em all. Very happy with this board and my next board will probably be the Jamie Lynn Phoenix 157.
