Lib Tech Dark Series C2BTX Wide Snowboard 2013

Power up and come in from the dark with the Lib Tech Dark Series C2BTX Wide Snowboard. With Banana Tech rocker between your feet and camber at each end of the board, this setup is ideal for power riders who go big and move fast. With 3D Bamboo Org Throttles and a lightweight Columbian Gold Wood Core, the power transfers straight from your feet to the edges, tip, and tail, allowing you to take your riding to new heights. The Lib Tech Dark Series C2BTX Wide Snowboard has all the pop, float, and catch-free carving ability you’ll ever need.
Rocker Type
C2 Power Banana Camber (C2 BTX) - Rocker between your feet blended with a radial camber to contact points focuses pressure between your feet for easy turns, great edge hold on ice, and a solid amount of pressure to the tip and tails for power end-to-end stability, pop, and maximum control in critical situations while maintaining float.

Flex
Flex Rating (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) - 7.5
Shape
Directional Twin Geometries - Effortless freestyle and freeride geometry: Twin chassis (from contact to contact) but with an ever so slightly longer nose than tail allows the board to float on powder and blasts through crud. It's a Twin with an advantage.
Core
Columbian Gold Core - Experimental new dead tree with the highest compression response ever used in a snowboard
Power Transfer Spines - Futuristic power 90º pop technology from Lib Tech's world record setting skateboards transfers energy from your feet directly to the tip and tail.
Laminates
3D Bamboo Org Throttle - Features crossband wood platforms with edge to edge grain orientation that transfers energy directly from your feet to the power transfer internal sidewalls and out along your edges: control, power, and pop
Basalt / Fiberglass Combo - Basalt is produced in a clean, pure process consisting of high heat and absent of toxic additives. Not only is it safer for humans, it’s easier to recycle. Basalt fiber has strength properties much higher than fiberglass and better damping properties for a smooth ride.
Sidewalls
Power Transfer Internal Sidewalls - The same futuristic power 90º pop technology from Lib Tech's world record setting skateboards and power transfer spines, only this time Lib Tech has placed it along the sidewall of your board to add board control to our sandwich construction: stronger, more pop, and more control.
Base
Sintered UHMW - Super tough base material that holds wax well due to its compression formed amorphous polymer structure
Edges
Magne-Traction™ - Serrated edges slice through the snow with 7 strategically located and sized bumps along each side of your sidecut giving you insane edge hold and precision control. The biggest bumps are at and between your feet where your balance is centered adding maximum control and power where you need it most. The bumps outside your feet are smaller and less aggressive providing tip and tail control but maintaining freestyle freedom.

Topsheet
Bio-Plastic Beans - A bio-plastic top skin made from beans that features the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any top sheet in the industry

Additional Features
Correct Sandwich Construction - SUPER LIGHT SPIN WEIGHT! The perfect blend of pickles and mustard: UHMW sidewalls and Power Transfer Internal sidewalls

Board felt very fast and cuts into the snow for great traversing. Flexability allows for great control and soft bindings. I would for sure recommend this board for any day on the hill.
