The Lib Tech Banana Blaster BTX Snowboard is the perfect board for progressing groms. Banana Tech makes this board easy to ride, so the little one will catch less edges, scorpion less and therefore get discouraged less, which mean they will be having fun! That equals more time on the mountain for you. The Lib Tech Banana Blaster BTX Snowboard is bananas!
Rocker Type
BTX - Banana Technology is a all-terrain freestyle banana smoothie. Rocker is placed between your feet meeting flat and mild camber at the contact points. This creates mild tip pressure for an unreal float in deep snow and easy-presses. The solid pressure between your feet is great for turning and strong edge hold.

Flex
Flex: 3-5 (depending on size) - A medium flex designed to be forgiving and versatile, great for all-mountain and freestyle riding
Shape
True Twin - A true twin snowboard shape is ideal for riders who want to ride switch or play in the park. The nose and tail are identical and the flex is evenly distributed throughout the entirety of the board. True twins are perfectly symmetrical.
Core
Colombian Gold / Power A Core - Fast growing farmed wood from south of the border // Light, strong and lively fibers.
Laminates
Bi-ax - 0° and 90° Fiber foundation flexible pop magnifier
Sidewalls
Power Transfer Internal Sidewalls - The PTIS are lightweight internal sidewalls made from Birchwood to add durability where you need it the most.

  • Terrain: All-Mountain, Freestyle
    All-Mountain
All-mountain snowboards are designed for exploring the whole mountain. They are your go-to for a snowboard that will do anything. They feel at home on groomers, powder, park runs and almost anything in between. The vast majority of snowboarders choose all-mountain boards for their great versatility. If you’re just getting started or unsure of exactly what you need, an all-mountain snowboard is a great choice.
    Freestyle
Freestyle or park snowboards tend to be a bit shorter in length and love terrain parks, rails, jibs, trash cans, tree trunks, riding switch (non-dominant foot forward), wall rides and more. Freestyle boards often feature a true twin shape, and are typically selected by those looking to ride the terrain park. A more versatile variant of a freestyle board is the all-mountain freestyle, which combines the versatility of an all mountain snowboard with the playfulness of a freestyle snowboard.
  • Ability Level: Beginner-Intermediate
    Beginner-Intermediate
Someone who is new to the sport or working on linking smoother turns falls into this ability level. Typical beginner ski/snowboard qualities include: softer materials, narrower widths, and capped constructions. The idea is to create a ride that is easy to turn and very forgiving in case you become off balance or fall in the back seat. The addition of rocker in the tip and tail gives a catch-free feeling and shorter contact length when the ski/snowboard is flat on the snow, making it easier to turn.
  • Rocker Type: Rocker
    Rocker
A rocker board side profile is the opposite of a camber board, with a smooth downward curvature to it and less edge contact length when the board is weighted. Rocker boards float well in powder and pivot more easily underfoot. They also tend to be less “hooky” at both tip and tail and better for landing spin maneuvers when you don’t quite have enough rotation.
  • Shape: True Twin
  • Flex Rating: Medium
    Medium
The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
