The K2 Vandal Snowboard is designed for the young shredder who rips the park sticking tricks on the first try. The Vandal comes loaded with Freestyle Baseline technology for energy and pop that encourages progression and fun. Hybritech™ construction gives maximum performance for landing the first boardslide of the day to stomping huge backside 360's. Hey, and isn't that a GNARwhal on the base?
Freestyle Baseline™ Freestyle Baseline is a versatile twin rocker built to dominate any freestyle line. This shape has just enough rise in the tip and tail contact points to create a loose, buttery feel while maintaining instant response and pop.
Twin Dual Progressive Designed for any level of rider, K2's Dual Progressive sidecut is a mistake friendly, fun and forgiving sidecut, which allows for more consistent riding in all situations.
W1 K2's W1 core is characterized by a single species of pure wood with proven flex, durability, and snap. This is K2's standard core for entry to mid level boards.
Biaxial Glass The classic structural laminate, biax glass provides smooth, all-purpose performance.
Hybritech™ Hybritech™ is the most efficient way to make a snowboard without sacrificing one ounce of performance. This construction features sidewall along the running surface that flows into the nose and tail to provide low swing-weight, optimized turn initiation and durability.
2000 Extruded This base technology is fast, durable, easy to tune and repair.

Comments about K2 Vandal Snowboard - Boy's 2015:
I bought this board a year ago just thinking I could use it at this small local resort by my house, but I ended up using it for a whole season and it worked great. This is a great board if you are a beginner or if you just want a cheap board to mess around with at your backyard jib park.
