The CAPiTA The Green Machine Snowboard proves that you can bust out some freestyle madness while thinking green through its Reforestation Certified Sustainable DUAL core, 100% recycled sintered ABS sidewalls and Recycled Beeswax Modified Sintered Speed Base. Add in Capita’s Flat Kick rocker technology and you’ve got a true freestyle weapon. Flex rating: 5 (1 Soft – 10 Stiff) The CAPiTA The Green Machine FK Snowboard is built for some serious freestyle riding with a flex rating of 5 designed for the boarder who loves just as much flex as control.
Construction and Core
This true twin is all about Mother Earth, featuring a Reforestation Certified Sustainable DUAL core made with the highest grade poplar woodgrain from tip to tail, incorporating two strips of beech along the insert rows for increased core strength and superior energy and stability performance. A biodegradable bean derivative top sheet compliments the core, and the Special Blend EVO TECH fiberglass configuration maximizes torsional rigidity with four carbon load bars to enhance pop and power. The Flat Kick technology in the reverse camber tightens the profile radius for an ideal tempo and control in turns, allowing a shorter effective edge that’s still responsive and quick.

The 95% recycled Beeswax Modified Sintered Speed base in the CAPiTA The Green Machine FK Snowboard provides the highest performance while still keeping CAPiTA at the forefront of responsible manufacturing.
Sidewalls and Edges
100% recycled sintered ABS sidewalls keep this board just as durable as it is green, with 360 Degree Steel Edges that add some extra beef for more durability and control.

Rocker A rocker board side profile is the opposite of a camber board, with a smooth downward curvature to it and less edge contact length when the board is weighted. Rocker boards float well in powder and pivot more easily underfoot. They also tend to be less “hooky” at both tip and tail and better for landing spin maneuvers when you don’t quite have enough rotation.
