For when you want to dominate everything in the outdoors, which should be all the time, snag the CAPiTA team's favorite terrain muncher, the CAPiTA Outdoor Living Snowboard. Zero camber shape gives this an easy ride and is ready to shred the crap out of the park. Carbon and Kevlar Beams are included giving the deck serious durability and premium flex and response. CAPiTA also switched up the core of the board to an Eco-Friendly core material that doesn't sacrifice a bit of performance. Purpose being to offset the damage you are about to bring on the mountain.
Rocker Type
Zero Camber - Flat camber from contact point to contact point provides a slightly looser, easier to ride feel, without reducing the effective edge that results from full rocker shapes.
Flex
5 Flex Rating - Buttery smooth perfection for all-mountain shred.
Shape
True Twin - Ride switch, regular, or upside down, this board won't care; completely symmetrical from tip to tail.
Radial Sidecut - A radial sidecut is a single radius design that allows your board to start and finish a turn on the same arc. Centered stance.
Core
RFC Sustainable Core - RFC stands for ReForestation Core. The RFC core offers all the energy and stability from a normal core, with the difference being that they are a sustainable alternative. They have been certified by a leading environmental agency for both nature and habitat sustainability. RFC cores are made with a single species poplar grain, which gives a smooth and consistent ride. There are no knots in the wood grain, which helps keep the completely uniform flex pattern.
Laminates
Special Blend Evo Tech Fiberglass - Special Blend Evo Tech is an Eco Friendly wet lay-up process that uses a polyurethane based resin component requiring lower consumption of energy and yielding higher technical properties. This adhesion process improves the factory's working environment, as it does not contain some of the same harsh chemical characteristics used in resins at other factories around the world. This configuration uses an optimum blend of biaxial glass laminated in conjunction with structural additives to customize performance objectives.
2x20 mm Carbon + Kevlar Beams - Carbon is one of the most responsive, lightweight materials available. Kevlar is one of the strongest, most durable materials available. The combination yields an optimum blend of performance and reliability in snowboard construction.
Base
XXX[TRUDED] Base - This base material takes the characteristics of manufacturing techniques used in creating normal extruded base material but due to higher pressure and temperature, increases the surface hardness to levels near most sintered bases. This increases the durability and surface strength creating a base that will last longer and be more durable when jibbing and bombing around the mountain.
Edges
360 Degree steel edges
Topsheet
PLT Topsheet Technology
Binding Compatibility
4x2 Inserts

  • Terrain: All-Mountain, Freestyle
    All-Mountain
All-mountain snowboards are designed for exploring the whole mountain. They are your go-to for a snowboard that will do anything. They feel at home on groomers, powder, park runs and almost anything in between. The vast majority of snowboarders choose all-mountain boards for their great versatility. If you’re just getting started or unsure of exactly what you need, an all-mountain snowboard is a great choice.
    Freestyle
Freestyle or park snowboards tend to be a bit shorter in length and love terrain parks, rails, jibs, trash cans, tree trunks, riding switch (non-dominant foot forward), wall rides and more. Freestyle boards often feature a true twin shape, and are typically selected by those looking to ride the terrain park. A more versatile variant of a freestyle board is the all-mountain freestyle, which combines the versatility of an all mountain snowboard with the playfulness of a freestyle snowboard.
  • Ability Level: Intermediate-Advanced
    Intermediate-Advanced
The majority of skiers/snowboarders fall into this level, whether you like to carve on groomers or venture into the powder. These skis/snowboards may be somewhat wider than beginner-intermediate skis, usually with a stronger wood core and sandwich sidewall construction. Depending on the type of ski, intermediate-advanced level skis may have full camber, rocker, or some combination of the two.
  • Rocker Type: Flat
    Flat
A flat profile is just as you’d expect – flat from near the tip of the board to near the tail. This shape splits the difference between camber and rocker, with more forgiving turnability than a fully cambered board and more precise edging capability than a fully rockered one
  • Shape: True Twin
  • Flex Rating: Medium
    Medium
The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
