Burton Mystery Snowboard 2013

No Mystery here. Whatever your question, the Burton Mystery Snowboard is the answer. This board is the state-of-the-art flagship out of Craig's prototype skunkworks, with tech so new it can only be labelled as "Mystery." What we can tell you without killing you is that it's got a Ultrafly™ core, Methlon base, and Stainless Frostbite edges. And it will be the ride of your life.
Rocker Type
Flying V™ - A blend of Camber and Rocker, for the best of both worlds: rocker overall, including between and outside your feet, enhances playfulness and float. Underneath your feet, subtle camber zones focus edge-control for added pop and power through turns.
Flex
Flex Rating (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) - 5, A medium flex for easy turning and forgiving freestyle moves
Twin - The flex is perfectly symmetrical from tip to tail for a balanced ride that's equally versatile regular or switch.
Infinite Ride™ - This Burton-exclusive technology allows for maximized pop and strength by overbuilding the board, then putting it in a machine that breaks in the board for you. Whether you choose to ride Springloaded, Rocker, or Camber, rest assured that with Infinite Ride™ your board will maintain its flex, pop and feel from the first day forward, season after season.

Shape
Pro-Tip™ - A tapered tip and tail thickness reduces swing weight for easier mobility.
Sidecut
Directional - The classic, most versatile snowboard shape, designed to be ridden with a slightly longer nose than tail to concentrate pop in the tail while still giving you plenty of float, flow, and control to rip any terrain or condition
Core
Ultrafly Core - Ultrafly’s prevision-milling revolutionizes the strength-to-weight and performance achievable with a wood core construction. Burton's lightest core.
Multizone EGD™ - Perpendicular wood grain orientation in four zones adjacent to The Channel for increased strength and riding precision
Laminates
Mystery Glass - Using a formula from the future, Mystery Glass is the result of a robotically-built complex carbon layup that allows manipulation of the flex and feel while revolutionizing strength-to-weight.
Base
Methlon Base - The secret to speed is Teflon®—quite possibly earth’s slickest substance. Highly durable and low-maintenance, Methlon creates blistering speed that lasts all season.
Diecut Base Color - Combinations may vary
Edges
Frostbite Edges - Edges beneath your bindings extend out slightly for tremendous edgehold on hard, icy conditions. Powerful when you need them, playful when you don’t, Frostbite Edges are hungry for hard-pack while remaining forgiving in softer conditions.
Stainless Steel Edges - 90% recycled content edges stay sharp and resist rust.
Topsheet
20-30% Recycled Content
Graphics
Eliminated printing chemicals - uses more eco-friendly inks then traditional printing methods
Additional Features
Heli Package - Exotic materials manipulated to evolve the state of the snowboard art. Carefully concocted at Craig's, Burton's in-house development facility, Heli Package boards guarantee the future is now.
Binding Compatibility
The Channel - Gives you the ability to micro adjust your stance and is compatible with Burton EST™, Re:Flex™ and Disc bindings, as well as bindings from Forum, Drake, Union, Flow, Flux, Ride, and K2 with adapter

Comments about Burton Mystery Snowboard 2013:

Having ridden some of Burton's super light stuff, I was skeptical about this board. But I was blown away, it charged through everything, never deflected. Felt playful and responsive. Quiver Killer for sure.
