Conquer new terrain like you've been there before with the Burton Deja Vu Flying V Snowboard. This all mountain shred-machine is perfect for the ladies who are looking to step up their skills in and out of the park. Thanks to the true twin shape, riding switch is a breeze while the Flying V™ rocker profile offers a blend of camber and rocker - that's right, the best of both worlds. Overbite Frostbite edges work for you when the conditions are bulletproof, providing a catch free grip. From peak to park, the Burton Deja Vu Flying V Snowboard is the perfect tool to get your progression on.
Rocker Type
Flying V™ - A blend of camber and rocker performance, Flying V™ offers the best of both worlds. Rocker overall, including between and outside of your feet, enhances playfulness and float. Underneath your feet, subtle camber zones focus edge-control for crisp snap, added pop, and powerful turns.
Flex
Twin Flex - Having a twin flex indicates that your board is perfectly symmetrical in flexibility from tip to tail so you gain a more balanced and predictable ride.
Shape
True Twin - A true twin snowboard shape is ideal for riders who want to ride switch and do some tricks. The nose and tail are identical and the flex is evenly distributed throughout the entirety of the board. True twins are perfectly symmetrical.
Scoop Pro-Tip™ - Burton's Scoop feature combined with Pro-Tip™ achieves a catch-free ride in the park, on the groomers or in the backcountry. This design exaggerates the tip and tail by turning up the edges creating a playful and forgiving ride.
Side Effects™ - This patented design lengthens the surface area at the tip and tail contact points to improve edge-hold and allow the board to plane easier in pow. Enjoy a livelier feel and enhanced grip on groomers along with added float for overhead days.
Core
Super Fly II™ - The Super Fly ll™ core uses stronger and lighter woods in specific areas of the core to provide pop, strength, and reduce weight; creating a further optimized float in Burton's freeride focused boards, and strength in Burton's park-focused boards.
Dualzone™ EGD™ - The wood grain is positioned along the toe and heel edges on two continuous zones, perpendicular to the rest of the wood core, for consistent edge-hold and added strength.
Squeezebox - Burton's Squeezebox improves your boards performance by balancing thicker more powerful core sections in with thinner more flexible sections. In translation, Squeezebox enhances your connectivity to your snowboard which will create an amazingly stable, responsive and predictable ride.

Laminates
Triax™ Fiberglass - Triax™ Fiberglass promotes asymmetrical flex with lengthwise stiffness in the snowboard. Meaning, your snowboard has tons of pop and responsiveness.
Base
Sintered Base - Sintered bases are super-fast. Polyethylene pellets are forced together under extremely high pressure. The result is a singular piece of connected pellets with tiny pores across the entire base. Sintered bases absorb hot wax really well.
Die-cut Base - Base color displayed may not be available. Base colors may vary.
Edges
Overbite Frostbite Edges - Burton's revolutionary edge technology; Overbite Frostbite was designed to provide you with heightened edge-hold on all conditions. They are full of power when you need them, but know how to dial back when you're dialing in tricks on boxes and rails.
Additional Features
Infinite Ride™ - Burton-exclusive technology allows for maximum pop and strength by overbuilding the board, then putting it in a machine that breaks in the board for you. Whether you choose to ride Springloaded, Rocker, or Camber, rest assured that your board will maintain its flex, pop, and feel from the first day forward, season after season.

Binding Compatibility
The Channel™ - Compatible with all major binding companies.

Specs

  • Terrain: All-Mountain, Freeride
    All-Mountain
All-mountain snowboards are designed for exploring the whole mountain. They are your go-to for a snowboard that will do anything. They feel at home on groomers, powder, park runs and almost anything in between. The vast majority of snowboarders choose all-mountain boards for their great versatility. If you’re just getting started or unsure of exactly what you need, an all-mountain snowboard is a great choice.
    Freeride
Freeride snowboards are designed for the rider that spends most of the day off groomed runs and in backcountry terrain. They typically have a stiffer flex and are ridden in longer sizes than freestyle snowboards. Freeride snowboards often feature a directional shape that is designed to perform optimally in one direction.
  • Ability Level: Intermediate-Advanced
    Intermediate-Advanced
The majority of skiers/snowboarders fall into this level, whether you like to carve on groomers or venture into the powder. These skis/snowboards may be somewhat wider than beginner-intermediate skis, usually with a stronger wood core and sandwich sidewall construction. Depending on the type of ski, intermediate-advanced level skis may have full camber, rocker, or some combination of the two.
  • Rocker Type: Roc/Cam/Roc/Cam/Roc
    Roc/Cam/Roc/Cam/Roc
This is a blend of camber and rocker, for the best of both worlds: rocker overall, including between and outside your feet, enhances playfulness and float. Underneath the bindings there are camber zones for focused edge-control for added pop and power through turns.
  • Shape: True Twin
  • Flex Rating: Medium
    Medium
The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
