Is your little lady aspiring to be a shredder chick? Then she should start out on the Burton Chicklet Snowboard. She can cruise safely and soundly thanks to the friendly features of a Flat Top Easy-Rider profile. Designed with lifted edges to prevent hang-ups, the convex base puts her on the fast-track through the basics. The Burton Chicklet Snowboard will take your girl from aspiring shredette to full on snow stardom.
Rocker Type
Flat Top with Easy Rider - Flat zones that extend just past the bindings create a platform that is easy to balance on and learn board control. A convex base combined with early rising, mellow rocker at the tip and tail create a catch-free, forgiving and user-friendly ride.

Flex
Twin Flex - Having a twin flex indicates that your board is perfectly symmetrical in flexibility from tip to tail so you gain a more balanced and predictable ride.
Soft and Playful - At cruising speed, this snowboard is forgiving, playful, and great for progressing. Riders of all ability levels will appreciate the many easy-riding characteristics of a soft snowboard.
Shape
Twin Shape - Perfectly symmetrical for a balanced ride that’s equally versatile when ridden regular or switch. Jib, spin, stomp, and butter with a greater balance of freestyle mobility and cat-like stability no matter which way you point it.
Core
FSC™ Certified Fly® Core - Burton's classic tip-to-tail wood core. Without sacrificing the flex, pop or strength, it utilizes two wood species to create an extremely lightweight board.
Laminates
Biax™ Fiberglass - Gives the board a jib and park friendly feel by softening the torsional flex.
Base
Extruded - Speed, strength and pop in a base that requires little maintenance.
Die-cut Base - Base color displayed may not be available. Base colors may vary.

Specs

  • Terrain: All-Mountain
    All-Mountain
All-mountain snowboards are designed for exploring the whole mountain. They are your go-to for a snowboard that will do anything. They feel at home on groomers, powder, park runs and almost anything in between. The vast majority of snowboarders choose all-mountain boards for their great versatility. If you’re just getting started or unsure of exactly what you need, an all-mountain snowboard is a great choice.
  • Ability Level: Beginner-Intermediate
    Beginner-Intermediate
Someone who is new to the sport or working on linking smoother turns falls into this ability level. Typical beginner ski/snowboard qualities include: softer materials, narrower widths, and capped constructions. The idea is to create a ride that is easy to turn and very forgiving in case you become off balance or fall in the back seat. The addition of rocker in the tip and tail gives a catch-free feeling and shorter contact length when the ski/snowboard is flat on the snow, making it easier to turn.
  • Rocker Type: Flat
    Flat
A flat profile is just as you’d expect – flat from near the tip of the board to near the tail. This shape splits the difference between camber and rocker, with more forgiving turnability than a fully cambered board and more precise edging capability than a fully rockered one
  • Shape: True Twin
  • Flex Rating: Soft
    Soft
The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
