What can we say about the Blunt that hasn't already been said? Will it light up the park? Yes. Will it smoke the competition? Also, yes. The Burton Blunt Snowboard is a gnar-nado (yeah dude, thats a gnarly tornado) in the park. The SuperFly® core is lightweight, poppy, and insanely durable; Pro-Tip™ drops the swing weight; and the Flat Top rocker profile keeps landings and take-offs smooth. Go straight for the top shelf this year and infuse your park game with the Burton Blunt Snowboard, you'll be flying high before you know it!
Flat Top Burton's Flat Top snowboards are flat underfoot and a little beyond the bindings. This profile gives you ample stability underfoot, better balance and constant edge control. The tip and tail kick up slightly with an early rise outside of the feet so you gain that catch-free ride.
Twin Flex Having a twin flex indicates that your board is perfectly symmetrical in flexibility from tip to tail so you gain a more balanced and predictable ride.
Pro-Tip™ A tapered tip and tail thickness reduces swing weight for easier mobility.
Scoop Pro-Tip™ Burton's Scoop feature combined with Pro-Tip™ achieves a catch-free ride in the park, on the groomers or in the backcountry. This design exaggerates the tip and tail by turning up the edges creating a playful and forgiving ride.
True Twin A true twin snowboard shape is ideal for riders who want to ride switch and do some tricks. The nose and tail are identical and the flex is evenly distributed throughout the entirety of the board. True twins are perfectly symmetrical.
Super Fly® Core The Super Fly® core lightweight and loaded with pop. It is constructed with layers of wood that create a 'vertical sandwich' to help improve the snowboards' snap and response. This core is great for freeride boards and adds durability and strength for park boards.
Squeezebox Low Burton's Squeezebox Low improves your boards performance by balancing thicker more powerful core sections in combination with thinner, more flexible sections. In translation, Squeezebox Low enhances your connectivity to your snowboard so you can progress in the park.
Dualzone™ EGD™ The wood grain is positioned along the toe and heel edges on two continuous zones, perpendicular to the rest of the wood core, for consistent edge-hold and added strength.
Biax™ Fiberglass Features a jib-friendly, torsion ally soft flex and forgiving, park-friendly feel.
Sintered Base Sintered bases are super-fast. Polyethylene pellets are forced together under extremely high pressure. The result is a singular piece of connected pellets with tiny pores across the entire base. Sintered bases absorb hot wax really well.
Die-cut Base Base color displayed may not be available. Base colors may vary.
Frostbite Edges Frostbite edges extend out slightly beneath bindings for tremendous edge-hold on hard, icy conditions. Powerful when you need them, playful when you don't, Frostbite Edges are hungry for hard-pack while remaining smooth, flowing, and forgiving.
The Channel Gives you the quickest, easiest way to mount your bindings with the most stance options possible: Take control of your stance and your board like never before, micro-adjust your width and angles with ALL major binding formats including EST®, Re:Flex™, and Disc. M6 hardware means it's compatible with all major binding companies, making it a choice for any rider.

Comments about Burton Blunt Snowboard 2015:
So far this board has been awesome. It's symmetrical shape makes it easy and fun to ride switch. It's been great in the park but I also like going fast and it is surprisingly very stable at high speeds.
