Product Info

We're loving the déjà vu we're loving the déjà vu experience we get while riding the Arbor Relapse Snowboard. The Relapse is Arbor s back-to-the-basics, throwback-everyday straightforward park board with classic camber and Standard Ash Power Ply topsheet. Luckily Arbor s standards are set sky-high, because even this simply-shaped board has a sustainably-produced wood core and biax glassing for freeride flexibility.

Product Details

Rocker Type

True CamberTraditional camber is a mellow protuberant base shape that originates from the contact points at the tip and tail and then peaks at the midpoint. When you’re snowboarding, the arch flattens from your weight's downward pressure. In translation, you will turn nimbly from the continuous edge-to-snow contact and have tons of preloaded pop.

Flex

Medium-Soft FlexMore forgiving and easier to turn without sacrificing edge hold and stability for all-mountain use.

Shape

True TwinCompletely symmetrical with identical tip and tail measurements and flex pattern, this board is ideal for park riding because of its ability to move in every direction.

Panhead TipsClassic top-to-bottom freestyle performance.

Core

Single Malt Wood CoreArbor's standard wood core for highly-reliable return and lasting durability. Made from 100% sustainably-grown Poplar wood.

Laminates

Biax GlassingA biax over biax lay-up that's designed for park and street inspired all-mountain riding. Also creates a good platform for learning.

Sidewalls

360 RailsThe sidewall fully wraps the circumference of the deck to deliver an incredibly tight tolerance for improved board life and durability.

Base

Extruded BasePolyethylene pellets are melted down in extreme heat then forced together under a high pressure machine. The end result is a strong, solid, and smooth base that is easy to maintain, non-porous and extremely durable.

Comments about Arbor Relapse Snowboard - 2016:

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend, and he couldn't be more pleased. I personally haven't used it but he says only good things about it. He looks a lot happier with it than he does borrowing boards from other people. He can maneuver and turn easy, he's hitting the jumps, he loves it. I would love to replace my board with an Arbor board. I really love this style too.
