Arbor Poparazzi Snowboard - Women's 2016

You'll progress so quickly on the Arbor Poparazzi Snowboard, the photo-snatchers won't even know where to find you. With a medium to soft flex, Grip Tech and user-friendly Biax Glassing, this stick will carry you from gaper to goddess. The System parabolic reverse camber makes the board easy to ride with enough pop and edge control to venture out of bounds when you need a break from the spotlight.
Rocker Type
The System Rocker - This rocker deck's design eliminates the leverage required to release and re-engage a snowboard's outside contact points. In translation, riders get a seamless turn initiation, better float in powder, and more fluid spins and slides.
Medium-Soft Flex - More forgiving and easier to turn without sacrificing edge hold and stability for all-mountain use.
Mountain Twin - A shorter tail than nose gives this board a slightly setback feeling keeping the board on top of the snow and perfect starting point for progression.
Spoonhead Tips - All-mountain function in a range of snow conditions.
Grip Tech Sidecut - Grip Tech is a tri-radial sidecut design that is not “blended.” Natural shaping intersections, that in the past were eliminated, have been transformed into heel-and-toe contact points that provide a direct, more ergonomic way to grip the snow when additional control is needed. The extra contacts also form pivot zones that make turning easier and more natural.
Single Malt Wood Core - Arbor's standard wood core for highly-reliable return and lasting durability. Made from 100% sustainably-grown Poplar wood.
Reclaimed Bamboo Inlay
Biax Glassing - A biax over biax lay-up that's designed for park and street inspired all-mountain riding. Also creates a good platform for learning.
360 Rails - The sidewall fully wraps the circumference of the deck to deliver an incredibly tight tolerance for improved board life and durability.
Extruded Base - A tough, user-friendly extruded base that delivers lighter-weight performance.
Die-cut Base - Base color displayed may not be available. Base colors may vary.
Binding Compatibility
2 x 4 insert pattern w/ 10 inserts - So many stance options!

  • Terrain: All-Mountain
All-mountain snowboards are designed for exploring the whole mountain. They are your go-to for a snowboard that will do anything. They feel at home on groomers, powder, park runs and almost anything in between. The vast majority of snowboarders choose all-mountain boards for their great versatility. If you’re just getting started or unsure of exactly what you need, an all-mountain snowboard is a great choice.
  • Ability Level: Beginner-Intermediate
Someone who is new to the sport or working on linking smoother turns falls into this ability level. Typical beginner ski/snowboard qualities include: softer materials, narrower widths, and capped constructions. The idea is to create a ride that is easy to turn and very forgiving in case you become off balance or fall in the back seat. The addition of rocker in the tip and tail gives a catch-free feeling and shorter contact length when the ski/snowboard is flat on the snow, making it easier to turn.
  • Rocker Type: Rocker
A rocker board side profile is the opposite of a camber board, with a smooth downward curvature to it and less edge contact length when the board is weighted. Rocker boards float well in powder and pivot more easily underfoot. They also tend to be less “hooky” at both tip and tail and better for landing spin maneuvers when you don’t quite have enough rotation.
  • Shape: Directional Twin
  • Flex Rating: Medium
The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
