Vans Aura Snowboard Boots - Women's 2011: The Vans Aura Snowboard Boots were introduced last season to rave reviews and it’s not hard to see why people were talking. With a soft, forgiving flex and lightweight construction the Aura is the ideal boot for riders with their sights set on bigger and better things. In 2011 the Vans Aura Snowboard Boot itself gets better – not possible many will say but the addition of the Double Boa Lacing System gives even more flexible freedom, elevating this boot to an all new level of praise.
Flex Rating and Fit
Flex Rating 5 (1 softest and 10 stiffest) Designed for all-mountain riding, this is an extremely comfy boot!
Construction
These boots come with Pleasure Cuff shell construction, and the TPR Series Footbed which utilizes an injection molded 3-arch support design and dual-density metatarsal and heel impact relief pads to guarantee comfort and support. They also come with the VansLite Outsole with ImpactSorb dampening technology for a feather-light feel and increased stability and response.
Liner and Lacing
The new TriFit X Thermal Liner emphasizes rider comfort while the new Vans Double Boa Lacing System eliminates the need for instep components for greater freedom of flex and articulation. Finally, these boots come with the new internal web harness and OTW Lace Lock.
