Big Mountains are serious business, don't reach for anything but the DC Travis Rice Boa Snowboard Boots.

Boa Black SS Laces - Just when you thought that Boa couldn't get any better, DC is proud to present Boa Black SS Lace. The SS stands for stainless steel. Even in the most demanding conditions, stainless won't rust or corrode, making it the perfect material for the best boots. Featured on the T.Rice, Judge and the Mora models, it represents yet another step forward in DC boot development.
Snow Performance Insole - The DC Snow Performance Insole has been retuned for improved comfort and more support. The Three component insole has a full length EVA pad for cushioning, a 3/4 length polymer cage to gently support and stabilize the heel and arch areas and a high rebound EVA heel pad to absorb high frequency impacts.
Unilite + Rubber Outsole - This aggressive outsole combines Unilite technology with the durability of 30% more rubber. Rubber sections in the heel and forefoot reduce wear related to harsh surfaces like street riding, cheese grater stairs and snowmobile running boards.
Additional Features
Aerotech Ventilation System™ - Integrated vents built into the shell and liner work as one to transport moisture away from the riders' foot. This proprietary system promotes warmth and dryness while preventing bacteria build up.
SuperFabric™ - SuperFabric™ extreme textiles were developed for use in industrial and military applications, so you know they're tough. Practically indestructible, SuperFabric™ materials protect better, last longer, and look good doing it. No other material offers this level of durability, performance and versatility.
Storm Flap - Water-proof, self-healing zippered closure keeps snow from building up on the forefoot of the boot. Featured exclusively on the Travis Rice signature model.

  • Ability Level: Advanced-Expert
Whether you charge the steepest lines, carve with race-like precision, hit the biggest jumps or halfpipes; advanced to expert level skis/snowboards are for the more aggressive rider. You will often find the addition of layers of metal, carbon, bamboo, or other stringers in these. These features work to make a stiffer ski/snowboard with more power and rebound.
  • Flex Rating: Very Stiff
    Very Stiff
The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
