Don't let looks deceive you, or draw you in either, looks are just confusing. The DC Phase Snowboard Boots are a boot that well, looks stylish as heck but also incredibly simple. That's where you go wrong - this boot is everything but simple. Total performance in a lightweight, traditional lace boot that comes with the durable and comfortable Red Liner from DC with an extremely soft and dampening Unilite™ Outsole. The Phase is anything but basic.
Flex
Flex Rating: 5 - Mid-range flex makes this boot extremely versatile and ready to take on every inch of the hill.
Liner
Red Liner - Multi-layer construction featuring EVA Meory foam combined with its-thermal regulating fleece lining means unquestionable fit and comfort.
Lacing System
Direct Power Lacing - Strategically designed overlays in the boots' upper provide more power and leverage for optimal shell closure and custom fit.
Wrap Lock - Wrap Lock prevents lace slippage by simply wrapping around the hardware. This design turns your traditional lace boot into a zonal closure system by locking the lace at key points.
Footbed
Red Footbed - EVA footbed for enhanced board feel
Sole
Unlite™ Outsole - DC's proprietary outsole technology, UNILITE, provides durability, dampening and cushioning while drastically reducing weight. Unilite soles feature distinct traction patterns for ascending, descending, and skating around with one foot strapped in. The snow-shredding traction designs prevent snow built-up on boot tread and bindings

Specs

  • Ability Level: Intermediate-Advanced
    Intermediate-Advanced
The majority of skiers/snowboarders fall into this level, whether you like to carve on groomers or venture into the powder. These skis/snowboards may be somewhat wider than beginner-intermediate skis, usually with a stronger wood core and sandwich sidewall construction. Depending on the type of ski, intermediate-advanced level skis may have full camber, rocker, or some combination of the two.
  • Flex Rating: Medium
    Medium
The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
  • Lacing System: Traditional
  • Warranty: 1 Year
