The Rosa's women-oriented asymmetrical and symmetrical lines contour to your boots for a seamless boot-to-binding interface. The result of the Union Rosa Snowboard Bindings' construction is an uninterrupted natural board flex and optimal response. A soft flex throughout with Thermoformed EVA in the footbed make these bindings forgiving, and oh-so-comfortable. While remaining lightweight, the Rosa Bindings provide a harmonious rider-to-board connection that encourages continuous progression.

Lady Flite Duraflex™ – Super lightweight in a compact design to encourage a natural board flex. Made out of Dupont™ Zytel® ST and Duraflex™ nylon for mega-strength.
Thermoformed EVA Bushings – EVA provides underfoot dampening for a more comfortable ride that distributes your pressure more evenly for equal board flexibility with no dead spots.

Rosa Highback – A more forgiving & lightweight design for optimal comfort.
Straps
Stitched Ankle Strap – Comfortably conforming to your ankle, the flexible multi-layered strap core evenly distributes pressure for plush support.
Ultra Grip™ Toe Strap – This female-specific design grips to your boot creating consistent control and predictability. Offering multiple positions for a customizable fit.
Buckles
Aluminum Buckles – Union's Aluminum Buckles are the perfect combination of function and reliability. Strengthened with springs and a long lasting ratchet mechanism for easy, fast ratcheting power.

Beginner-Intermediate Whether you’re new to the sport or working on linking smooth turns, you fall into this ability level. Typical beginner skis and snowboards are usually built with softer materials, narrower widths, and feature cap construction for an easy to turn, forgiving ride. Beginner-intermediate boots and bindings are also built for ease of use and progression, featuring softer flexes and in the case of ski bindings, quick and safe release from the ski in case of a fall.

Soft The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
