The go-to binding for rail riders like Scott Stevens, the Union Contact Snowboard Bindings will give your jib style a makeover. The Asym S2 Highback is tweaked towards the outside of your calf giving you more lateral support and control while getting wild in the park. The True Flex Contact Base promotes a free and even board flex for a sweeter response and improved durability on your entire set up. The Union Contact Bindings are ready to hit the park or the streets in Scott Stevens approved style.
Flex Rating: 4 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) - Mild flex ratings are great for riders at all ability levels. These snowboard bindings will be forgiving, playful and comfortable enough to take anywhere on the mountain.
True Flex - Union's True Flex bindings are designed to promote a free, even board flex for a sweet response, better board control and improved board durability.
Contact Base - The Contact Base is extremely lightweight, durable and strong made of Dupont™ Zytel® ST.
Dual Zone EVA Bushing - Two separate zones of EVA provide underfoot dampening for a more comfortable ride that distributes your pressure more evenly for equal board flexibility with no dead spots.
3D Direct Connect Strap System - Multiple layers of durable and lightweight material in the core evenly distribute pressure across the top of your foot, giving you a comfortable and responsive ride.
Aluminum Buckles - Union's injected aluminum buckles are fast, easy and secure.
Asym S2 Highback - Union took their Multizone philosophy and tweaked it outward. In result, the boosted lateral support adds control when pressing, buttering and spinning off jumps.
Additional Features
4x4 Inset Pattern - Compatible with most 2x4, 4x4, and Channel mounting systems.
3D Heelcup - Made of extremely durable extruded aluminium, designed to minimize toe drag while optimizing heel hold.
Tool-Free Adjustments - No screwdriver needed to adjust your ankle or toe strap on the hill.

  • Ability Level: Intermediate-Advanced
The majority of skiers/snowboarders fall into this level, whether you like to carve on groomers or venture into the powder. These skis/snowboards may be somewhat wider than beginner-intermediate skis, usually with a stronger wood core and sandwich sidewall construction. Depending on the type of ski, intermediate-advanced level skis may have full camber, rocker, or some combination of the two.
  • Flex Rating: Soft
The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
  • Binding Style: Strap
