For example, the Rock-It Power's are stiff, study and designed for riding hard. On steep terrain you can adjust the Micro Buckle to make the ankle strap more roomy. Strapping up is a thing of the past with the Reclining RX SA1 Highback, allowing you to get into your bindings on the chair. Flex
Flex Rating: 8 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) – A stiff flex rating for fast turns on steep terrain. Stiff bindings have a rapid transmission of energy from the rider to the board making them more precise and suitable for big mountain riding.
Baseplate
FT-2 Baseplate – Made of hyper cored aerospace aluminum stamped and formed for mind reading response and a lightweight design.
Highback
RX SA1 Highback – The highback lines up with your lower leg to increase riding power and control. The highback release lever located on the side making for quick access. EVA wraps around the top of the highback down to the heel pocket for unmatched comfort. Lateral adjust for fine tuning and heel side support.
Reclining Highback – This highback reclines for a easy entry and exit. So easy, you can do it on the chair!
Straps
Asymmetric Tri-Panel Strap – Designed for comfort and performance. This strap gives you extra lateral support to keep you centered with increased medial mobility to allow finesse.
Fab Fit Toe Strap – Oversize surface area for extra stability and control. Soft Textiles conform to the shape of your boot toe for secure fit.
Buckles
Cam Lever Adjustment Buckles – Lightweight and simple to use. By flipping over the lever you can adjust straps to desired length and then snap back into place.
Auto-Open Lever – This lever opens the straps when you lower the highback. It only takes one click to close back up.
Micro Buckle – This miniature ratchet allows you to tighten or release the strap tension. Tighten a few clicks for a big hit or loosen for relaxed terrain. Riders can use micro buckle to release strap for extra space when riding steep terrain.
Additional Features
Pressure Relief Button – Riders can press this button to reduce unwanted pressure on the front foot from the ankle strap. Less pressure increases the blood flow to your feet to keep them nice and warm.

Stiff The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
