Cruise the mountain like a Barracuda with the Rossignol Cuda Snowboard Bindings. With these binders you'll be swimming laps around other riders while they look at you singing the Heart lyrics 'Now wouldn't you, Barracuda?' Even if this doesn't happen, these high performance freestyle bindings deliver the ultimate in response and precision for dialed park riding. Just how dialed? Well, this dial would go to 12. Canted MagnaBed S3R footbeds provide a neutral stance, toe ramp gives unparalleled feel, and the combination of heel grip and extruded heel cup delivers a super-responsive ride. All in all, this is sounding more like a robot than a fish. Reel a pair in today and feel the difference next time you head for the hills.
MagnaBed S3R - There's never enough cushion on bindings. So Rossignol swapped out EVA for Gel Pads under each of the foot's 3 receptor points to maximize shock absorption, remove vibration, and minimize fatigue.
3˚ Canted Footbeds - This 3˚ inward tilt naturally returns your feet and legs to their original alignment, relieving the stress of a wider stance and increasing the nose and tail pressure when ollie-ing or buttering.
Footbed Hardness - 50A medial and toe pads / 40A heel pad
Angled Ramps - The closer the toe ramp is to your boot, the more precise your ride will be. Rossignol angled the ramps on select bindings, expanding the contact surface with your boot towards the toe box, opening the door to a new board feel.
HCX-33 Baseplate
40 oz. Fitted Strap - New high-density foam on the upper and lower sections of the strap provide increased energy transfer. Lower density foam in the middle section of the strap provides additional flex and instep relief. All of this is wrapped around a 3D molded spine for a comfortable, custom fit.
AsymLight Buckle - Asymmetrical diecast aluminum construction for durability and lightness with the freewheel ratchets for quick entry and easy exit.
Contour Highback - The Contour uses a semi-asymmetrical shape for added comfort and support. Anti-shock Nylon® construction gives it punch and heel side rigidity but keeps the overall weight as low as possible.
Heel Grip - A rubber inlay is diecut into the bottom of the highback's EVA pad to prevent boot heel shifting, thus ensuring perfect heelcup fit for immediate response to your every move.
Extruded Heelcup Tech - 50% more response, 20% lighter. Micro-adjustments provide freedom of movement and infinite sizing and centering options.
Additional Features
EVA Hardness Indicators - All MagnePads and Triad Pads are made of a medial, toe, and heel pad, so Rossignol built each pad with a different hardness value (Shore A) for specific function. 50A To 60A delivers enhanced reactivity with a medium to hard value on the medial / toe pads. 40A Increases shock absorption with a softer value on the heel pad. Choose the best combination for your riding style and enjoy the blend of comfort and performance.

  • Ability Level: Intermediate-Advanced
The majority of skiers/snowboarders fall into this level, whether you like to carve on groomers or venture into the powder. These skis/snowboards may be somewhat wider than beginner-intermediate skis, usually with a stronger wood core and sandwich sidewall construction. Depending on the type of ski, intermediate-advanced level skis may have full camber, rocker, or some combination of the two.
  • Flex Rating: Stiff
The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
  • Binding Style: Strap
  • Warranty: 1 Year
