There will be no more cutting your shred days short because of sore feet if you pick up the Flux RK30 Snowboard Binding.

Product Details

Baseplate

Genetic BaseTo maximize performance and comfort, this base is informed by extensive studies of the form and movements of the foot. The inner portions of the baseplate are thinner than the outer to create a responsive binding that allows you to better feel your board.

Performance Blend 30This versatile construction blends responsiveness with flexibility through the use of a 30% glass and fiber blend in both the baseplate and rotary disc.

FootbedThe footbed features extendable toe and heel ramps for a customized fit and less heel bruise and fatigue. The EVA foam on the footbed is a dual density foam that functions to provide comfort as well as durability. The design is engineered to shed snow as well, making it easier to get in your bindings on pow days.

Straps

UU FitThis design secures the ends of the binding straps to the heelcup and highback. This allows the ankle strap to better transfer power and minimize pinching. Rather than simply applying a downward force on your feet, the design cradles them in 360˚ of love.

L-Guide SystemThe L-guide System ensures that your ladders quickly and cleanly lock into your binding's ratchets. Plus, it keeps those pesky straps and ladders out of the way.

FTM MonocoqueThe toe strap uses a molded, one-piece design. By wrapping the contours of your boot, these straps minimize pressure points and maximize responsiveness.

F-Tech 3D Fit StrapThe three dimensional shape at the F-Tech 3D Fit strap provides an excellent fit, free of pressure points. It can manhandle the entire mountain.

Low Profile RatchetKeeps you connected to your board with a smooth and secure fit

Highback

F-Tech Asym HighbackThe asymmetrical highback provides a soft outer flex that allows you to press your boardslides to their fullest, and a firmer inside flex helps to better transfer power. For a more responsive freeriding setup, you can simply switch the highbacks with one another. The symmetrical forward lean adjusters ensure that no matter how you rock your highbacks, your power will go directly to your board. This highback utilizes a forward lean adjustment system that does not rely on traditional forward lean adjusters. The forward lean is customized in the contact points, thus making it possible for the highback to sit seamlessly in the heelcup of the base plate. This system provides a gapless fit between the highback and the baseplate, giving the rider direct power transfer with every turn and carve.

UrethaneUrethane is durable yet forgiving and has blessed the skating industry with great wheels for decades. This technology has been tweaked to construct the new freestyle standard of bindings. This material provides a strong balance of support while maximizing flexibility.

Comments about Flux RK30 Snowboard Bindings 2013:

These bindings are pretty sick. My friend recommended them to me, and they've got tons of nice features. Tons of strap adjustability, mounting screws are covered by the footpad so you don't build up ice in there, and they're super comfy. Only put a day on them so far but I'm stoked.
