Flex
Flex Rating (1 Soft - 5 Stiff) - 2, medium flex for a well-balanced ride
Baseplate
H-Series - Adjustable toe-ramp to optimize boot-to-binding fit and boot-to-board energy transfer
Rockered Baseplate - Engineered to transfer your power directly to the board without losing response time by minimizing contact area with the board - this also allows your board to have maximum flex
Straps
UniFit PowerStrap - A one time set-up is all that is required for this one piece strap system that gives you a secure and comfortable feel with 3D shaped EVA-cores.

Toolless forward lean adjustment

Specs

  • Ability Level: Intermediate-Advanced
    Intermediate-Advanced
The majority of skiers/snowboarders fall into this level, whether you like to carve on groomers or venture into the powder. These skis/snowboards may be somewhat wider than beginner-intermediate skis, usually with a stronger wood core and sandwich sidewall construction. Depending on the type of ski, intermediate-advanced level skis may have full camber, rocker, or some combination of the two.
  • Flex Rating: Medium
    Medium
The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
  • Binding Style: Rear-entry
  • Warranty: Limited 1 Year

Comments about Flow Quattro Snowboard Bindings 2013:

I had regular bindings before and it's night and day. These are great. As soon as you get them dialed in, it's easy in and out all day on the mountain. They give you much more control with your board and the rear entry will save you a bunch of time

Comments about Flow Quattro Snowboard Bindings 2013:

Love these bindings!! Previously had Burton Freestyle bindings, but when my highback broke I had to find a new pair. Some of my friends had tried Flow already and convinced me to give them a shot, and I'm very glad I listened to them! Performance is excellent, and they are way more comfortable (my feet used to fall asleep in my Burtons due to the pressure, not anymore with the Quattros). An added bonus is the speed entry, no longer do I have to fight for a spot to sit and get strapped in with all of the other boarders...only took 1 day for me to adjust to these and now I can kick in and be ready to go in mere seconds!

Comments about Flow Quattro Snowboard Bindings 2013:

On my fourth pair of flows, couldn't ride anything else. These seem sturdier than the flites I broke off after 1 ad 1/2 weak Tahoe winters.

Comments about Flow Quattro Snowboard Bindings 2013:

These are great for beginners/intermediate riders. I love the rear entry mechanism although it makes it a bit annoying if you happen to already be on a slope when putting them on. They stay tight to whatever you set them too. Definitely consider these if you're new looking for rear entry bindings!

Comments about Flow Quattro Snowboard Bindings 2013:

The quattro bindings are amazing once u get them perfectly set up to fit ur boots. They r are real easy to get in or out of once u r on the mountain. I wouldn't be too worried if they feel tight before u get them in the snow. The snow makes it a lot easier to slip in and out. One feature I liked was that the toe piece adjusted to be longer in order to fit bigger boots. There r so many adjustments to help fit ur boots perfectly. Mini-ratchetsr also an added bonus. I will definitely be buying flow bindings in the future after I get my use out of these. And evo was fast with the shipping. Couldn't be happier.
