The Flite 3 provides a stable but forgiving ride with Flow’s durable and ultra-lightweight POM plastic baseplate and highback. Plus, the four easy-to-adjust MiniRatchets will guarantee precise tension and comfort of the luxury PowerStrap to fit any type of boot and allow for the micro-adjustments you need, when you need it.   • Straps:Flow’s CI-Flex Strap takes the proven I-Flex shaped and reduces bulk while enhancing overall flex and support. The body of the strap features a composite structure that combines support and padding into a sleek, form-fitting shape for all-mountain riding.
  • Highbacks:The Flite highback reduces weight and gives more all-around flex. A responsive design that is perfect for all types of riding. The POM material provides a perfect balance of flex and support.

        Comments about Flow Flite 3 Snowboard Bindings 2010:

        These bindings are great for speed and maneuverability, but not so much for park. I took these to the slopes about 30 times this season and they have performed flawlessly on fast runs, moguls, and jumps with less than three feet of air. Of course a lot depends on your board and boots too, but landing big air in these bindings is uncomfortable and painful on the feet. They are stiff and don't have the cushioning for large jumps, but are very responsive at high speeds and on sharp turns and transitions. Also, it took about seven full days of boarding to fully break these in. So, if speed is your game, then you couldn't ask for better bindings.

          Sick of sitting down at the top of every run getting cold and wet??? with the flite 3 you set the 1 piece strap right were you want it...and all you do is kick your foot in...close thi high back and in a second your off!!!! to get out ..drop the back and slide your foot out!! the strap is super comfy as well... so if your looking for a great all mountain cruiser binding that has speed entry and great response go with the Flite 3!!!

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

              They look great, feel tight and secure and are super easy to get in and out of in a hurry. the only thing i would nit pick about is that the ratchets are a little plastic-y. but that isn't much of an issue because you only ever adjust them once when you install them and size them and then you are good to go
