            I'm an intermediate to advanced rider that does more all mountain and back country, and i love how well these responded. The only issue i had with them was bolting them to my board but once i did i had no issues. i had to push pretty hard to get the screws to bite but like i said before i love these bindings and i would recommend them to anyone from beginner to advanced.

                Takes some getting used to but after a few tries its very easy to use. Enables you to quickly ride without the hassle of sitting down all the time before riding. Make sure that you keep adjusting to your comfort level though.

                  When I installed the flow flites onto the board at home, I found it difficult to strap onto them. I was a bit worried about their performance (I was on a wood floor, probably the issue) but once I got to the mountain, I couldn't have been happier. It was quick to strap onto the board and they felt pretty comfortable. I'm sure the more expensive ones are even better but if you are a beginner, looking for something relatively inexpensive, and functional, you will be happy with these.

                      I looked around for bindings for a while and found these bad boys. I love the bright orange color that i got to clash with the rest of my outfit so when i fly down the slopes people can see me and get outta my way!

                      anyways now for the review..

                      these binding were my first.. they were super easy to install took me all and all 10-15minutes to figure out what was confortable and then locked it into my board. while im boarding its super convenient to just lock in with out strapping in everytime! i'm always sitting there waiting for my friends! the only slight issue i have with the binding is that it doesnt feel as tightly locked/strapped onto my feet/boots as the conventional strap ons.
