Flex Rating: 8 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) – This stiff flex is ideal for freeriders and all-mountain chargers for supreme response and connectivity.
Baseplate
50:50 Carbon Fiber Nylon Composite Baseplate – Ultra-lightweight and provides a dampened yet consistent response and feel for all-terrain domination.
Re: Flex™ FullBED Cushioning – Full coverage cushioned platform maximizes comfort while minimizing fatigue. Anchored to the baseplate, the trap door design makes it easy to access the mounting hardware.

Carbon Composite Ultra Hi-Back – Simply designed, lightweight and responsive.
Straps
Asymmetrical Hammock™ Strap – Simple, seamless 3D curved construction. The laterally supportive asymmetrical shape is reversible so you can choose between power or mobility. Made of ultra light padding that remains soft in cold temps, and a triple axis spine for response and flex.
Flex Slider – Makes the ankle straps move out of the way so you can step into the binding without obstruction. Burton's Flex Slider has a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Gettagrip Capstrap™ – Made of grippy rubber, this 3D curved, triple axis strap offers Burton's True Wrap Toe Window for extra support and hold when wearing as a toe strap.

Stiff The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
