Burton Malavita EST Snowboard Bindings 2011: The Burton Malavita EST Snowboard Binding is a man’s binding and Danny Davis can grow a mustache, unload firearms, and drink handles of whiskey. Together they can tweak a mean corked 10, land flat in the Midwest, and manhandle some serious rails. The gelled-up SensoryBed II™ underfoot combines with an air-padded hi-back for total impact insulation. Asym shaping of the ankle strap puts more torque in your spork, while the Gettagrip Capstrap™ gives you more spring off your toes.

By removing the materials from beneath your feet, Burton was able to not only drastically reduce weight, but open imaginations up to entirely new designs. With EST™, the possibilities for cushioning and enhanced board feel are infinite, and so are the stance options. Get it all without ever sacrificing the edge-to-edge power you know and trust.
Highback
The simplicity of a one-piece hi-back means immediate response. Through material blends Burton then manipulates the overall flex profile – from buttery to responsive. The higher the forward lean angle on your hi-backs, the quicker your heel-edge turns. Crank ‘em forward with the Forward Lean Adjuster for icy hits in the pipe or back ‘em off for jibbing.
Straps
Asym Superstraps™ come together with the Gettagrip Capstrap which is 3D®Curved with a triple axis spine, has Ultra-Minimized Capstrap™ construction with a True Wrap Toe Window, Grip Fit, and is conformable from Capstrap to Toe Strap.
