Nordica Nemesis Skis - Women's 2012: A staple in Nordica's go-anywhere-ski-anything freeride skis, the Nordica Nemesis Skis offer the versatility to ride on any terrain and in any snow condition. Built with Slow Rise camROCK this ski combines the proven benefits of close to full cambered skis with a shovel specifically designed to aid in flotation in the powder for backcounty skiing and big lines. With camber underfoot the Nemesis improves agility and steerability, making it easier to initiate turns while remaining solid, versatile, and able to charge anything.

Slow Rise camROCK (255mm tip): Slow Rise skis combine the proven benefits of close to full cambered (4mm) skis with a shovel specifically designed to aid in flotation in the powder. They will not dive in the fluff or sacrifice performance on packed snow.

      I'm an advanced intermediate skier, but not aggressive. These are the 3rd pair of skis I've owned in my life - carvers, twin tips and now the perfect combination with these. I haven't had a chance to try these on real powder yet, but being on the east coast (VT), especially this season (2012), these skis have done really well on hard pack/frozen granular. They handle very well - you can feel the power of the skis, pushing through east coast crud. I can't wait to feel how they handle with better conditions. The artwork on them is also a great bonus. They have every color under the sun so they match all my gear.

        Not only do these skis look great-- they perform extremely well. I have been so happy with these, whether skiing corduroy at Sun Valley or a powder day in the Northwest. Can't go wrong with Nordica.

        Good all mountain ski. Doesn't float like a true powder ski, but carves better than a powder ski. You can't have everything I guess. Busts the crud like a champ. Super stable at speed. Or so my wife says.
