Nordica Girish Skis 2012: The Nordica Girish Skis have an early rise rocker tip profile while preserving the traditional camber under foot and in the tail. The new reverse camber at the tip improves agility and steer ability making it easier to initiate turns while staying super stable and versatile. The true camber in the tail increases speed and allows you to lock in big landings without fear of rocker “squirt out” while maintaining incredible ski ability on hard pack making the Girish your big mountain charger.
Shape
Early Rise camROCK (340-400mm tip) moves a traditional contact point back on the ski approximately 25% with 3mm camber underfoot. This increases flotation and velocity in powder and also makes the ski easier to initiate of "stivot" into turns.
Construction
Energy TI construction consists of a full wood core and Extra Double Titanal sandwich construction for precision, durability and ability to generate speed.
UHMW sintered graphite Electra Gallium base
Flex
Wood core and Titanium combine for an extremely powerful and responsive ski.

Comments about Nordica Girish Skis 2012:

Although big straight stiff skis are not always my favorite, this ski was sick. It has addes early rise in the tip and 2 sheets o titanium. It hauls down any face, floats it light snow, and smashes through mash potatoes. Point it straight and hope your legs can keep up. Put it on edge and it locks solid big-radius turns. Just be sure to save a little muscle to stop these beasts at the bottom of the run.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
