I tried out my friend's Prophet 100s on a powder day up at Alpental, WA. They were great in the pow but were also surprisingly good on the groomers at the bottom of the mountain. We ended up building a booter later in the day and I had a chance to try some spins with the Prophs. For a fat ski, they were incredibly light in the air. The 100mm waist made for easy landing in the pow (except for the time I landed on my face). I would not recommend this ski for someone over 200 lbs as it might be a bit too soft for you.

I have been skiing for nearly 20 years and these skis are by far the most superior ride that I have ever experienced. The shear overall ability of these skis is overwhelming, you can't go wrong. If you want backcountry powder you've got the perfect opportunity with these skis, or maybe you're a little fogged in or you're mountain just doesn't have the powder...these skis will handle a day in the park like it's a walk in the park! If you appreciate a premium ski, you'll appreciate the Line Prophet 100's!

have ridden them twice. first day was icy preseaon condition and the skis did remarkably well for a wide ski. second day was a deep powder day at snowbird and they worked like a dream. they command the powder and blow through the bumps. surprisingly responsive and easy to maneuver even in tight spots
