Core and Flex Pattern – AR Hybrid Core 1: This core construction method creates a finished ski with sidewall underfoot and cap construction in the tip and tail to improve durability and lower swing weight. Forgiving in the tips, stiff underfoot.
Construction –2.5 Impact Edge: This edge exists for one reason – it’s durable. Designed to resist breaking and tearing out from rocks, rails and another abuse it might meet. AR 50 Sidewall Construction: Enhanced edge-hold and significantly lowered swing and overall weight. S7 Base – Incorporates a new gliding additive for increased speed and minimal maintenance. Also has higher quality transparency which better displays the digitally printed base graphics.
Shape – Elf Shoe Tech: Combines the progressive elements of tapered and rockered tips and tails, which dramatically enhance a ski’s floating abilities while lowering its swing weight, with the proven qualities of cambered sidecut underfoot.

Traditionally park and pipe skis have narrower waists with full camber profiles, but this category is incorporating more rocker patterns and different shapes. You will almost always find these skis with twin tips as well as other park specific features like thicker, more durable edges, dense extruded bases, and butter zones.

Rocker/Camber/Rocker Rocker/Camber/Rocker skis have the playfulness and float of a rockered ski as well as the added edge hold of a cambered ski. The contact points on skis with this profile are closer towards the middle of the ski than a fully cambered ski, but still not underfoot. The cambered midsection provides a longer effective edge on hardpack, increasing edge hold and stability, while the rockered tip and tail provide floatation in deeper snow and allow the ski to initiate and release from turns easier.
