FlickLock adjustability dials in the perfect height; while the lightweight grip extension lets you choke up on steep bootpacks. Black Diamond also added the Efficient Series grip with a fluted interior to reduce weight and a lightweight Efficient Series strap to secure the pole in deep snow.
