Comments about Burton AK 2L Cyclic Pants:
These pants performed well and fit great. For reference: I am 6'1" and weigh 175 with a 33" waist. I ordered the Medium and the sizing is perfect. I had to tighten the waist just a little from the middle position of the adjust ability. I think I could lose another inch or gain 2-3 and still wear these pants comfortably. The legs are roomy but not super baggy like some pants.
I did notice a bit of soak into the outside fabric layer when i was sitting on a snow covered lift on a warmer day. None soaked through to my skin due to the Gore-Tex of course. I would think this could be eliminated with a DWR treatment, but on first use I would usually expect the DWR to not allow any moisture to soak into the fabric at all. This is my only gripe and the reason for 4 stars.
