evo, the leading action sports and fashion retailer, will open its next store in Portland, Oregon. The construction and restoration of the 120-year-old former Salvation Army headquarters building begins this month in Southeast Portland.

evo Founder and CEO and Oregon native, Bryce Phillips, says, “Portland is a natural extension for us, part of our broader community. For me it's personal because I grew up in Oregon. The opportunity to create an extraordinarily unique customer experience in a beautiful building with such a deep history is remarkable. We can't wait to establish evo as a place for people who share a passion for skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, music, art, travel and the lifestyle that we live and breathe.”

Please join evo over the next several months as it reveals the story behind this historic Portland building and its rich history.

You can also follow the progress of evo’s Portland store on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and evo.com.
