    Comments about The North Face Anchor Bib Pants:

    These are a great pair of pants. Super waterproof (20K) and durable. I had a pair of Hyvents w/o bibs for 6 years and they still have maintained their waterproofing. Bibs are awesome for backcountry skiing, they give you extra pockets and you can wear a light shell w/o a powder skirt and not worry about snow getting down your butt crack (unpleasant). Bad news though, the bibs don't contain passed gas. Only real downside though is, if you are a tall skiny person you get stuck w/ wide fitting pants around the torso. I got the large and i'm 5'11'', 160 lbs. Length is great, just a little wide.
