RECCO® Avalanche Rescue System - This avalanche rescue system is utilized worldwide to facilitate in the rapid location of burials. The two part reflector and detector enable rapid pinpointing using harmonic radar, but are not a substitute for transceiver use. Complementary to beacon use and avalanche training, the RECCO® system increases the chances of being found in time.
