Although our carriers guarantee express deliveries, it is possible express shipments will arrive late. In this case, call us at 866-386-1590. Some late shipments qualify for a refund of shipping charges. See below for exceptions*.

Qualifers and exceptions
*(1) Appropriate service level must be selected to qualify.
(2) Delays due to uncontrollable circumstances such as snowstorms, floods, acts of God, etc. do not qualify.
(3) Delivery attempts on or before advertised delivery date do not qualify. You can't bamboozle the system by closing the shutters when a delivery truck rolls down the street ;)
(4) 3rd Party orders placed at sites such as eBay and Amazon are not eligible. Various system related handoffs outside of our control can delay such orders.
