Hyperlite Catalyst 2.0 Wakeskate 2008 – Hyperlite’s Catalyst 2.0 Wakeskate is a more traditional skate style concave kicktail blend. The magic weight of Hyperlite’s high-end skates is around 8 lbs, but it is where the weight is dispersed that makes the big difference. The Hyperlite Catalyst 2.0 Wakeskate is constructed with steel rods running the length of the board which vastly improves the rotation on flip tricks. A softer radius near the edge prevents the board from getting hung up in the water when a deck is most prone during shuv it tricks and you get a smoother ride.         i love this deck i take it to the cable park alot and its perfect for the sliders it also stays with you really well on tricks in the flat and it gets a ton of pop off the wake the weight is even and comfortable and you feel extra relaxed when carving i hardly ever have to worry about the edge catching.
