Hyperlite Byerly Legacy Wakeskate 2008- The Hyperlite Byerly Legacy Wakeskate has a revolutionary shape that combines dual level engineering with compression molded durability and construction. Hyperlite took every contour of a high end skate deck and replicated it to the tee. Elevated kicktails and a wider deck allow for better response and a bigger foot. Combined with a subtle three stage rocker and narrower channels, the Hyperlite Byerly Legacy Wakeskate is built for anything a rider can throw at it.

Comments about Byerly Wakeboards Byerly Legacy Wakeskate 2008:

I bought this board after one ride on my friends out at the lake. Just liked the way that it rides. This skate is a little heavy but I like that. Good knowing it's extremely durable and doesn't hold back trick possibilities. One of those things you just get used to.

Comments about Byerly Wakeboards Byerly Legacy Wakeskate 2008:

Look, anybody can ride a skate but more advanced riders will get the biggest bang out of this Byerly. Novices will find it hard to flat spin. Better to start with a basic flat bottomed skate.
Huge pop for jumps. Go big.

It's a good board, but a little too big for me. I'm 4"1' and a beginner. For my boyfriend who is taller and a pro, it's perfect for him. Great board.

Comments about Byerly Wakeboards Byerly Legacy Wakeskate 2008:

This is a great wakeskate, it has really good pop and a very smooth ride. Because of the concave it might take a little while to get used to, since it has the kicktails on each end. One of the best things about it though, is that you get the closest thing to a bi-level feel without having an actual bi-level which have a channel between the levels. These can pull you down in deep water starts. Overall this is a great board, just make sure you have space on the floor of your boat for the skate, because it is thick enough that it won't fit on most racks.

I think this is a great board. I can really do aggressive tricks. It also has very high pop. A con would be that it is not very light.
