In the Ronix
era, Parks Bonifay has taken his signature hard edging, quick reacting, explosive style of riding and blended it with user friendly features to make the Ronix
Parks Modello Wakeboard. A thin, wide profile reduces the swing weight that can throw you off your game, and a wide profile gives you more coverage on the water so you can balance yourself out and have more control of the board. The Mod Pour makes the core of the Parks Modello Wakeboard ultra light, so you can control it on the water and in the air, while the Monocoque Construction and Krypto Cable sidewalls keep this board together and make it durable enough to handle hard falls and a few bumps and bruises. Customize your ride on the water using the 8 included fins and know that, once you step onto the Ronix
Parks Modello Wakeboard, you are riding something totally new, different, and made just for you.
Camber Design - Rides more centered and balanced, and allows for more surface area
Thin Profile - Reduces swing weight
Wide Profile - With this much surface area, Ronix balanced it out with more sidecut for the right amount of effective edge on the water.
Center Variable Edge - A sharper rail and a softer bevel create a controlled accelereated edge transfer with a forgiving bottom design.
Tip / Tail Variable Edge - An even more vertical rail allows the end of the board to ride higher on the water and prevents the board from burying the edge on big cuts with a sharper bevel for quicker response into a turn.
Mod Pour - A demanding alternative foam made from Ronix's exclusive blend of materials, this core has the highest strength to weight ratio Ronix has ever tested, setting the standard of the most refined recipe of foam in the market.
Krypto Cable - Different fibers woven together surround the profile of the board and are fused together with the Mod Pour Core. Combined with monocoque laminated glass, the sidewalls are the strongest part of the board.
Monocoque Construction - Integrating the top glass and the bottom glass into one to generate a more durable board on side impacts thus preventing the ol’ side delamination
Clean Bottom Design - The board lands with more natural forward
4 Alloy 1.0" fins & 4 fiberglass .8" babooshka fins
Glide Speed - Puts smiles on riders' faces since not very long ago and can potentially cure the common cold
Instant Energy - Instant energy takes place the second the tip of the board hits the wake. A stiffer board allows a quicker way to generate lift off the transition as the energy takes place sooner, with a super firm snap off the wake. For riders that can handle the extra kick.
M6 Metric Inserts - A higher thread count means more hold at a shallower depth on the board. Boards can be thinner profiles with a shorter insert, without sacrificing boot lock down.
Magic Carpet - Every year, Ronix sources new fiberglass materials trying to find that perfect weave that allows just enough resin to bleed through and adhere to their magic carpet.
